Flexible timing with a minimum three night’s stay, inclusive of one daily group yoga class and one private class per stay on a private beach in front of the ocean. Additional meditation sessions, yin yoga, yoga nidra session available.
In the South of France where you will receive breakfast, course maps, a daily restorative yin yoga class and to help loosen tight muscles. Additional guided rides with Hana or other local coaches available.
